- Your box must include all the sensors that came with the box. The date and lot number of the sensors must match the date and lot number printed on the outside of the box.
To determine how many months until your Omnipods expire:
- Count the current month as “0” and the next month as “1” and so forth. For example, if the current month is June (month “0”), then if your Omnipods expired in three months, they would expire in September (month “3”). The Omnipods you send us must have a minimum expiration date of at least three (3) months.
