Please note, DO NOT ship supplies that are expired or that don't match your quote submission, they WILL NOT be returned.

“When will I be paid?” is our most popular question from our customers.

Payment is normally made within 24 hours of receipt of your supplies, and normally the same day. We receive a large numbers of boxes, and we need time to remove any labels, inspect the packages, and log in the order details to ensure that your payment is processed correctly, and sometimes that is the next business day.

Of course, we aspire to pay our customers as quickly as possible, and most often the same day we receive your boxes.

Our payment team comes online after 5pm Pacific Time M-F and your payments are always processed after 5pm every business day. You will receive an email from us after your payment was completed and your quote is closed out. That may be late in the evening, even though your actual payment was made earlier.

You will receive an email confirmation when your payment has been processed. If you are wondering if your payment has been issued, please review your email or you can review the status of your quote in your My Account page 24/7.

And please note, although we love to hear from you, emailing to ask when you will receive your payment often delays your payment since it takes time to look up your quote, check with our supply processors and then with our payment system. And this also may delay payments to other sellers as well since we are checking when your payment will be or was processed instead of processing payments :). Please know we understand how important getting paid is and strive to process your payments as fast as possible. We appreciate your business!
