One of the most asked questions we get is “did you get my box?”
This often takes time for both you (the customer) and/or the Two Moms to find out, looking up your quote, the tracking number, checking with USPS, checking with our processing staff and then either emailing or calling you back.
Well no longer!
We’ve taught Jewel, our virtual assistant, to check all of that for you within seconds! Just tell her you’d like to track your quote and type in your quote number. Within seconds, you’ll get the status of the delivery, an estimated delivery date (if available) or if it was delivered, if it is still being processed or when it was paid.
And we’re constantly improving Jewel, so test her out today and we’ll keep training her at Two Moms University to better help you. Our mission is to provide you the best customer service in the business!

Thanks for reaching out Melissa! You can always check the status of your payment here, right on our website, bottom right corner, 24/7 for your convenience. All you need is your quote number. Your supplies and payment were processed this past week on April 2 and check mailed April 3rd. USPS recommends 5-7 business days for coast to coast first class mail, so we anticiapte you will receive it later this upcoming week. Appreciate your business!

Hi Nikki, since you mailed them yourself I don’t have any tracking. With the number of boxes we receive, that’s how we keep track of the packages.
